I have been out here for 11 months and I am ready to move! No one can keep to themselves. They complain about every little thing that other people are doing. I mean its okay for some people to have pets out here, but when other people have one, all hell breaks loose and everyone starts complaining. The playground is horrible. There are at least six cats out here now and Id bet \$100 that they use the playground mulch as a litterbox. But do you think anyone cares? Willow Creek is a great for any family who is just starting out, or have had financial issues. The staff is great, and will help in any way, it takes a few days for maint to come but if ppl didnt damage things all the time this wouldnt be an issue!! Over all living at Willow Creek isnt so bad, I like that if I loose hours at work my rent goes down, which helps out ALOT!!! This is one of the better Section 8 housing I have seen in a long time
Well I have lived here now for 8 years and i would have to say i would not recommend ppl to move here. the one person that did write about the playground not safe is right. the slides are to high and there is a sand box that the stray cats would use to go potty in . yuck!! back in 2000 to about 2006 or 7 it was a great place when we had the 1st landlord and maintenance man . but after they left it got really bad. the new maintenance man dont do his job . he will mop the floor ones every 3 months if your lucky. if something b... read more
Well this is my opinion on these apartments.(hoping the owner will read)I have seen many turn-downs as this for a living area.For example,I have heard that the air conditioners make some unpleasent sounds.(As I have heard the while asking many of the people that have air conditioning.)Another thing is the lack of activites for childeren.The playground equpment is kind of a hazard to little kids.The slides are very high from the ground.And I think there should been sort of a teen hang out area for older kids to have time alon... read more
