I’ve been living at Willow Ridge Apartments for almost a year, and I couldn’t be happier! The location is perfect — quiet, safe, and close to shopping and downtown Prescott. The management team is super friendly and always quick to respond to maintenance requests. The grounds are well-kept, and I love sitting on my patio in the evenings watching the sunset. Highly recommend!
I've lived at the Willow Ridge Apartments for more than six years. The staff is friendly and responsive. Maintenance issues are taken care of immediately. It's safe, quiet and everyone is friendly. I walk my dog daily around the complex and always get smiles and warm hellos. The grounds are beautiful and even include a dog park! Rental prices have gone up everywhere, but the prices here are reasonable . Check them out!

SUPER SCAM!!!!! Don’t do it!!! They collect outrageous (80!) application fees and won’t actually rent the unit until they’ve made enough on applications. Don’t waste your time or money, this complex is the town dump anyways :(
