Overall my partner and I’s experience with Willow Creek left us confused and frustrated. When doing the actual tours, the manager was welcoming and very helpful in answering our questions and accommodating our needs like pushing out our move in date while honoring the original rent. The units were clean and offered exactly what we were looking for so we applied as soon as we finished our tour and were approved within a couple weeks. This apartment complex is so frustrating. We’ve had incredibly loud and potentially violent neighbors - and the leasing office is unresponsive to our concerns (with evidence) about safety. They also have weird gate rules for the entire complex (with no keypad code) so getting Ubers or DoorDash is extremely difficult. I would not recommend this place unless you’re super desperate.
My request was never handled at all. I received a confirmation email that someone would contact me and I was never contacted. I had emailed the office about this landscaping issue and I never received a reply either. Issue is still present and my request was closed by Willowcreek personnel without fixing the problem. I'm very unhappy about this this unresolved matter. These pictures were taken from right out side my door. I can't even walk through.
Not sure..... usually they stop by to talk to us. We had 2 requests place for broken garbage disposal and persistant cockroach infestation not improved after spraying. Nobody has come to check either problem since placing request 6 days ago. Now it's asking for a survey about said request. Maybe this is in response to old request?
