Apartment was nice, staff is rude, they seem very dry and out of character for hospitality. We went specifically for the craigslist offer then refused to give us that offer. Stated it was for that day posted only, never did they mention that. I then asked if the manager will let us have that price on Craigslist and never received a response for that question. I literally put in my request when viewing that we seen this add on Craigslist.
I need 2 bedrooms but saw a 1 bedroom and was impressed by size
Francisco always comes through for us. He quickly and efficiently installed the new dishwasher. We are so lucky to have him.
Ive lived here for 4 years and Maintanance is great here. Francisco leads the way and will do anything to help you out.
I would like to say I truly appreciate Rebecca at Willow Creek Apartments for her dedication in doing a phenomenal job and her professional attitude as well as going out of her way to help tenants with any issues they may have.Also thanks to Ivan for doing his best to maintain the property.
