The maintenance service was very fast, and Mr. Ivan was very kind and respectful; he was very helpful in resolving the issue.
I've been waiting for my deposit back for over 3 months, they never answer my emails. While I lived there, the atmosphere with the neighbors was terrible, I had pest problems, the parking lots are always dirty, unfortunately there's no management there, and I still have a bad experience with them.
The best years lived here. When I arrived 6 and a half years ago I said that from Willow Creek I would only leave for my own house, and today I can say that I fulfilled that dream. Thank you Rebeca for your help always available.
Ivan from maintenance was awesome, he came and took care of our clogging problem super quickly and easily!
