I have been trying to get in contact with the leasing office for 4 days. No one answers when I call. This is my second month of living here and I’m supposed to have prorated rent for this months but I was charged in the resident portal the full amount. Maintenance was supposed to come last Friday but never showed. I was not called or told this so I got off work early Friday for no reason.
Been here about 6 maybe 7 months. Nothing but good things so far. Seli (in the rent office, manager) and Mike (maintenance) have been excellent! Every time I've had an issue it was addressed very quickly and in the past couple months this neighborhood has become more quiet and peaceful due to certain residents being removed. Haven't had to pay for anything that wasn't my fault and the place I signed a lease for was exactly the place I moved into after touring it prior to signing my lease. Overall it's not a bad place to live, but I can't get in touch with the office. No one answers and no one is ever there. I need to speak with them ASAP.
This was home for nearly 4 years, let me tell you about it. It's nice and quiet. A quick drive to anywhere in Burlington. The pool is open one week out of the year. You will hear fighting at 3AM and gunshots. The rent is so high it drove me, and 7 of my neighbors, including the maintenance man out. And the management is absolutely terrible. They "had an offer I couldn't refuse" and proceeded to say "your rent will ONLY increase $30!" As if I'm not paying nearly $1200 for a shoebox.
