Quick and efficient. Garbage disposal now work again (3rd time) but drain smells of sewage.
A fine and peaceful place this is! I appreciate the proximity to everything I need in Kalamazoo. I appreciate the prompt maintenance service when needed. And what a great place to walk or ride your bike, even in winter!
I looked at more than 12 different apartments throughout Kalamazoo and Portage, and chose Willow Creek. I’ve been here for more than four months now and am very happy with that choice. The apartments are updated, well maintained, much more spacious than newer apartments (my one bedroom has a large walk-in closet!), and most importantly, I feel safe here. I’ve only had one small maintenance request, and they were very responsive. Plus, it’s just a very peaceful place to come home to everyday!
