As with any rental, there will be issues that come up, wether it’s a broken AC unit or storm damage, trouble with a neighbor… Maintenance and Property management has ALways been super prompt at addressing the issue and providing a solution. I love it here. Keep up the good work!
So I'm seeing a LOT of Five Star reviews here all of a sudden, and I wanted to play devils advocate here and give a full perspective on why I didn't absolutely LOVE my two year stay at Willow Creek Apartments. Bed bug presence in both units/buildings I lived in during my time at Willow Creek. I was not happy with the way the situation was handled. I do not recommend living here.
Neighbors are rude and loud. Don’t move here
