Great walking trails and grounds for nature fans. Pretty quiet overall outside a few noisy people with little regard to others. Otherwise a quiet community which is great for those wanting a quieter more peaceful living area. Nature trails and paths are not too crowded which is a great plus. I had a rodent that got into my cabinets and was eating my food. I reported it and sent a photo of the damage. I was kind of upset that I did not hear from anyone (other than an automated "request received" email) even after I left phone messages, so I called twice and the second time I got a maintenance person who did come over right away and patched the access points. At risk of sounding like a broken record, I will be short and sweet. I request Lewis to come I need help from my dishwasher to my furnace. He is very friendly, polite, and quick. He is a veteran and I suppose I trust him when I can’t be here. His work ethic is evident due to morality of a higher standard I will never understand but respect nonetheless. He always smiles.
