Matinence workers do not perform matinence, they are too busy checking cars for expired tags, or if the car has not been moved, and if they find something wrong with the car, they tag it with a big orange sticker and tow it two days later. If your someone who likes to have hot or even warm showers in the winter do not live at Devonshire we went 32 days in January and February without hot water! 22 of those days were straight and during some of the bad winter storms we had this year. They were not helpful in fixing the problem and did not want to compensate us for all of those days, and then when they finally said they would get back to us with a compensation amount we got an eviction letter!! This is one of the worst apartment complexes in Burlington. The girls in the office are very rude, no one fixes anything that is wrong. During the summer you can't use your upstairs. Appliances are old and hardly work. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!
