Moved in and had to replace something. Zach and maintenance team were here within 15 minutes of maintenance order going through
Walls are paper thin which makes the building very difficult to live in. No security cameras and no secure entrances. My car was tampered with twice. The grounds are in ruins. So many trees removed. A former stream has been dug up to make improvements but holds debris. Neighbors feeding animals against policies that aren't enforced. Started to see mice in the last year. Some buildings are supposed to be dog friendly but not really. Old cabinets with tacky contact paper to hide stains. Was decent the first couple of years but... read more
Moving here was one of the smoothest leasing experiences I’ve ever had! Everyone has been incredibly kind and communicative, the grounds are well kept, and it’s in a good location. My dogs love all of the grassy areas to sniff and explore, too.
Leasing office was very disrespectful it was no help whatsoever
