So far so good! It is a clean, quiet, pet-friendly community, and the rates are pretty fair. The apartment itself does not look outdated, and it is in overall good condition. Ashley has been very friendly and responsive, and they respond quickly to maintenance requests. The application process was a breeze, too. Overall, I recommend this place, especially for people interested in going to Linn-Benton CC, since it is right across the street.
