RecommendedI just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to Dr. Schaller and her staff at Willow Creek, We called this am and was advised the schedule was booked solid, but if I could bring my Luke in at 10:15, she would see him before she started the day's appointments. Dr. Schaller called and was available well before she said she would be. Took care of our Luke as well as if he was her own dog. If you are looking for a compassionate and caring practice, look no further. Best around!!! Highly recommend 5 stars!!!🩺

One Star - canceling only a week before my reservation was to take place
Cancelled a boarding reservation (made over a month ago) a week before vacation in order to make room for a ‘preferred’ customer.
Yes I highly recommend them. Dr. Schaller is the best. Even when I moved out of the state I was able to call her and get good advice on I'Lah. She does an excellent job with these animals. She has the compassion it takes to care for our fur babies. Willow Creek is the best!!
They are so great!!!! My cat was ripping his hair out and they went through everything to get it figured out. He now has a full butt of fur. My dog cut her eye lid, got a bad ear infection and worms twice (while on worm preventative). They treated her wonderfully and submitted a claim against the worm preventative company so that they would have to pay for the treatments.
