The people at the desk are so rude. They clearly don't care about their clients or people in general.
Amazing service very nice people
I had a great experience doing an EMDR intensive with Jessica Zimmerman. I'm also an EMDR therapist and approved consultant and I wanted to work with someone who is seasoned in our field. I spent two days working with Jessica and was able to accomplish all of the goals that I had established during our initial meeting. Intensives are an investment, but most definitely worthwhile. Especially if your schedule makes it difficult to come to therapy weekly or biweekly. Highly recommend!
Very limited availability, staff was quite rude, insensitive and unhelpful
Not the worst ever, but it didn't really get bad until the end. I was told it was telehealth only on the one day I had appointments, and there were barely other slots available. This is extremely ableist, as some folks don't have their own internet available to them, or a quiet place they can utilize for a call. If you are going to push your clients aside like this, maybe you shouldn't be in therapy. Or at least give more warning than 2 days? Extremely rude.
