This place has been fine. Its quiet and I love the pond and all the geese. Downsides: -The rent has gone up $60-$85 a year every year I lived here, so dont get too comfortable. -There is only one dumpster for the complex, so you have to put trash in your car and drive it there. -The smoke alarms are super sensitive. They go off everytime I take a hot shower longer than 10 mins or cook anything in the oven. -Amber from the leasing office is pretty rude. It’s a nice place, the stuff is excellent very helpful and willing to work with you at all costs!! I enjoy my apartment, pet friendly too
