Pros: Great location, not a lot of street traffic noise at night and the occasional train passing by wasn't a bother for me. The maintenance man was a good person to talk to. Always spoke to me whenever I pulled into the garage coming in from work. The rent for the floor plan that I had wasn't bad for a 2br. Great closet space in both bedrooms. I just inquired about a unit that was listed for rent and was told that "apt management mostly prefers family...sorry please understand". Discrimination!
