I came here about a year ago and loved it so much I refused to go to any other hair salon! Even though my hair was MUCH longer than I would've preferred, I only wanted to come here because Willow & Birch is so far the only salon I felt truly comfortable getting my hair cut at, so I saved up some money and booked Sydnee. Prices vary based on stylist, but I definitely got my money's worth and more! Had super long curly hair that was down to my butt, got it cut to my shoulders by Alison Dyson and I LOVE IT!!! It’s so lightweight and pretty! Everyone there was so lovely and welcoming as soon as the door opened! My aunt even decided to book an appt for her upcoming bday. 1000/10 will be going back ❤️
Went on Valentine’s Day to get a simple haircut. My stylist, Bella, was phenomenal and gave me exactly what I was looking for. She was super sweet and very personable. However, after I checked in and went upstairs to wait for Bella, I could hear the girls at the desk laughing and making fun of my teeth.
