I had a pleasure getting a full hair transformation done by Shelby. The salon was clean, welcoming and right on schedule. #Shelbydidmyhair she didn't just do my hair she completely nailed it!! 💯 I went from a long dry one length mess to a fun layered, all-over high-light root tap, heavenly scalp and neck massaging💆♀️ blowout and beautiful curls. I just am giving a review. I've never been to this salon but I have had a phone conversation and they do the services that I was looking for but they do not do any Saturday appointments. I guess I'm back in old school where hairdressers now are called stylist, and they only work 3 days a week. And one of those are not Saturdays. No wonder our industry and this country. It's going downhill. Nobody wants to work a potential new customer. That's never going to happen
This was my first time getting a haircut at Willow & Birch Salon. My style was exactly what I asked for— Sydnee is so kind and walked me through everything. I must add that the environment inside of Willow & Birch provided me a comfort that I don’t normally receive outside of my own home.
I have never felt more relaxed than when I’m in Annelise’s chair. She is attentive and communicative, an amazing conversationalist, and always makes me feel so beautiful! Not to mention, she helped my grandma from being scammed. I can’t recommend Annelise enough!!
