I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Willow Bend Villas. I joined their waiting list months ago and was told to call at the start of every month. I did just that, only to be informed today that they no longer use the waiting list, and no one had the decency to notify those of us on it. When I called about availability, I was told there was one apartment open and instructed to bring the necessary documents and come in today. I moved here 2013 from Texas because my daughter & grandson Austin moved here 2007-2008 to be with her husband Jerry Voight my son in law they had 2 girls which were babies then. I have lived here at Willow Bend Villas since 2014, it’s been my home and with Gods will, I will continue to live here. First of all, I do not know where to start it’s been a great place living here. I have been living at willow bend villas for over 16 years. Since Monica has been the manager it has been the best place to live. She is caring always thinking about the residents. You could not ask for a better and caring person. Thank You for caring Monica.
Honestly this apartment complex is one of the greatest places in Hobbs that’s I’ve had the pleasure of living in. Manager is very nice and takes good care of the apartments. Maintenance keeps everything up to date and the neighborhood is always doing seasonal get togethers and fun stuff for the kids! 5/5 !
