Wish I could give zero, first off, they tested for what they called a “complete panel” well all they actually tested was testosterone and estrogen levels. They said explicitly I would only pay for 4 months (how long the treatment lasted) and they kept charging refusing a refund. I paid 197$ for nothing at all. When I tried to talk to them about the charge, they took forever to respond, and eventually admitted they were just going to ignore me because they didn’t think the conversation was productive. The team (Alexis amd Cristal), the service, they know how to make you feel welcomed. They answer all my questions related to my Hormones and offered solutions. I do recommend this establishment

This is a great place for my Hormone Therapy and body treatments. I highly recommend this place to friends and family. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful.
