Avoid this community at all cost....... If i could give a neg 1000 i would .Our experience attempting to buy a property here was exhausting,stressful and degrading to say the least. This property says they are 55 and older but don't waste your time applying if your not at least 75 to 90. My husband 57and myself 48 were paying a cash for a villa in this property and submitted for HOA approval in Willow Bend.
