I recently toured this facility for potential relocation of my grandmother from out of state. Before scheduling the onsite tour, I spoke extensively with Lisa who was very informative and answered every question I had. Unfortunately, Lisa was out of office on the day that I had available, but the facility still accommodated me with a tour with Breanna. Willow Bend has been a great help in our time of need. They are friendly, organized and the facility is very clean and tidy. Lisa Lopez has been an unwavering source of comfort, support and strength along with Breana and Kristin while we navigated through the intake process.

The staff are very good about being part of a team with my family regarding my mother’s care. The location is clean with many extra touches to make you feel at home. It is such a difficult time for families and love ones to need any type of care..and the people at Willow Bend, Denton, do their best at resolving the changing needs for my mom in this part of her journey.

My mom has lived here for almost 5 years. We’ve been through several directors but since Breanna has been here, it’s been the best. She keeps us informed and does a great job running the place. We have seen several improvements made since she came. I enjoy seeing my mom on their Facebook page doing activities. Lisa, and the rest of the staff are super friendly and I love how they love on my mom. She’s very happy.
