SLUMLORDS – Nothing ever gets fixed.There are gnats everywhere.Nobody is hardly ever in the office.In the summer your lucky to get lawn mowed.There is nowhere for kids to play.There is alot of drama amongst tenants and if you try to go to upper management they don't do anything eithier.It might seem like a deal at first but in the long run its not worth it.
