After living here for over 13 years I have not had my carpets changed once and all the basic appliances and maintenance that needs to be done hasn’t been done even after multiple times of asking.
The black lady in the office is rude had an encounter with her more than once where she doesn’t know how to be RESPECTFUL or CONSIDERATE of tenants TIME key words here they also don’t have ANY parking spaces for anybody with more than 2 cars won’t let you park at the office where they have 4 spots open and her car is like the only car… that parks there and they keep changing building owners etc. but yeah hope she reads this she needs a better attitude 😀

Beware, their own website is misleading. It says they have availability & allows you to set up an apartment tour, but they actually have no availability & a wait list 25+ long.
