We ordered 2 vanities for our master bath renovation and this company has been extremely responsive and helpful. I asked for a wood color sample after ordering and received it in 2 days. Then I found out we were going to be away when they were supposed to delivered and called the company and they held the shipment for a few weeks. NOw my husband asked that the vanities be delivered to our builder rather than ours house since they are too heavy for us to move and they are facilitating that with Willow Bath. I purchased the olive color Houston bathroom vanity in May 2026. The phone call I made was on a Sunday to order it, it was so easy and it arrived a bit earlier than I even expected. It is a beautiful solid well made piece of furniture, I highly highly recommend going with this company, everything was as smooth as could be.
