I’m a designer and wanted something on legs, more like furniture. This Aberdeen style was perfect!! The quality is not builder grade, it’s solid and more elevated. I choose the real marble option, then had it honed and added side pieces to further give it that custom look! Naturally, as a designer… I’m a bit picky and will say that the customer service experience was seamless!!! I’m SUPER happy!
incredibly rude . I've had several interactions with them and it's hasn't been pleasant. The lady recently answered the phone and I was just asking a question and she hung up on me. It's sad but respect is everything. Shop at your own risk.
I have just had my 84" Sonoma vanity and new bath tub delivered and need to give a special shout out to the delivery team. They did an amazing job getting these very heavy/bulky pieces of furniture to our upper level. I just finished installing my first vanity from Willow Bath and Vanity and it looks amazing!!! The quality surpassed any expectations I may have had. The attention to detail is unmatched! And the product is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! I will definitely be using them for all of our future bath projects!
