I've worked with Tejal for my perfectionism and OCD, and I have to say that she literally saved my life. She knows her stuff when it comes to OCD, and helped me to unpack how my childhood experiences led me to be so hard on myself as an adult. The combination of ERP therapy and learning how to manage the perfectionism that was making my life miserable, was exactly what I needed to get back on track. No one "wakes up" from the "illusion of the seperate self/ego" what is "OCD-Obssesive Compulsive Disorder" but the Mind-Body conditioning pretending it is Awareness awaring/Pure conciousness? Nothing is lacking now, all is well🤘Hell of a trip from here to here🥰
Terrible place with equally terrible therapists. Tejal Jakatdar has a very simplistic, narrow view of treatment options, and does not keep up to date with the latest treatment modalities. She also lacks empathy, seems distant and cold, and is hard to work with. The other therapists in the practice are also poorly trained and have a very simplistic view of how to treat anxiety and OCD.
