I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, our couples massage was one of the most lackluster and uncomfortable experiences we’ve had. First off, the location is incredibly strange — it’s inside what looks like an abandoned apartment building, and there’s absolutely no signage or direction on how to get inside. Willow and Birch is absolutely beautiful — the atmosphere alone instantly puts you at ease. I came in with a lot of pain and booked a therapeutic massage with Olek. He did an incredible job, working out the tension and tailoring the session to exactly what I needed. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with significant relief.
