BAIT AND SWITCH. They called me about a fake different version of the Fujifilm x100V. Only on the phone because this model doesn't exist and they won't put that in writing. They charged me over $1,000 more than the payment I authorized to try and send me the same idea I previously ordered for less. I tried to call back and tell them no and they would only continue sending me to voicemail. DO NOT SHOP. Join me in reporting them to the FTC and BBB: https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/assistant https://www.bbb.org/us/ny/new-york/pr... read more

This store is a complete SCAM! If you place an order, then you will get an email to call them, especially Roy. "There is some information that we need from you in order to proceed with this purchase." Then, he will tell you that the model I paid for is an international model and that model has run out. He will also tell you that you can buy a US model at a still good price without tax. But the price has increased more than hundreds of dollars from the first price. Noway! Amazon is even cheaper with tax. It is hard to say '... read more

I was wanting to purchase a canon rf 100=500. Their website said it was in stock. When I called the first thing I asked is if they were an authorized canon dealer. They said, "No" Well I had already at that point to not make a purchase. But went on to ask if they had it in stock. They said no. But expected it within 8 to 10 days. If I hadn't already decided to not make a purchase I would now say, "Strike 3". But here is the kicker. I asked it is 2,699 right? (that is what they had on their website) The person sai... read more

Best prices online until you order and they call you saying you ordered an international version and you need to pay an extra couple hundred dollars for the US model. No mention on their website of any international models. Seems to happen to a lot of others so this is definitely planned. Scammers.

The worst camera supplier in the USA! The ruddiest and most unhelpful employees I have ever talked with. They will lie to you every chance they get. I highly recommend you buy from any other source on the internet. A crack dealer on the corner would be a better bet!

Very bad experience: I ordered a camera from website, they called me saying that it was not available, so I had to decide which camera I wanted, in 3 minutes. I wanted to first look on internet but they said, sorry I don't have time. I called to return the camera because price was not matching with prices in their website, they treated me very badly, they didn't accept my return. I don't speak very well english and I felt so bad, guy on the phone has been very rude and racist against a woman and not english mother tongue s... read more

BEWARE of Willoughby's!! I recently ordered a lens from Willoughbys in NYC since their price was the lowest I could find next to other camera sites, eBay, Amazon, B&H, etc. So after I ordered and paid with Paypal, I got a call from them the following day stating that the model that I had ordered was the international model and that the US version one was a few hundred more....since I was caught off guard and at work when they called, I told them to just go ahead and bill me for the extra costs since I figured at this point ... read more

I HIGHLY advise to stay away from these people. They are selling gray market cameras. They give you the option to purchase a international or a domestic version, but the only true difference is the "domestic" version camera is them selling you their own 3 year warranty with a gray market camera. THIS IS NOT ADVERTISED ON THEIR WEBSITE AND THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE. I am in the middle of a credit card dispute with them right now. I purchased a camera for my husband on 4/01/20 as a surprise anniversary gift. They had the ... read more

Scam! Dishonest company. They sell grey market products as USA products. Want to try and cancel? Too bad! They will either refuse, not pick up the phone, or pity you and agree if you pay 5% of the purchase price. Stay away!
