Tried to apply multiple times have great credit make plenty enough they keep declining application with no reason following when you try to call them they refuse to give you a reason don’t recommend they do not make it easy to live rhere
Our family has been living here for almost 4 years, and we all feel so sad to say goodbye today. It is our pleasure to set our first home here in Canada. It gives us a safe, cozy, clean and quiet home. From our room (5th floor), we can enjoy beautiful Mountain baker, sunrise and sunset, rainbow, aurora and city view. lived here since 2022. when ifirst moved, the management wasnt great, and the building has some issues. but once management team switched over to Robyn and Ria, things improved tremendously. they are always responsive to repairs, concerns, and always seem like they do their best to help you out if you need it and genuinely seem to care about the residents and making sure everyones taken care of.
