Patrick Romanini is the best customer service rep in the business. When I have a supplier question he is always my first call….and he answers his phone!
They delivered my roofing materials to my neighbor across the street. They unloaded everything onto my neighbor's brand new roof. They had to come back and load it all back onto the truck and bring it to my house. I don't see any excuse for that to happen
