This establishment has zero communication skills or accountability. Been trying to call over and over again with no response but they’ll conveniently take your money. 0/10 do not recommend.
Extremely high hopes for this establishment. What an utter disaster it’s been. No communication from Hotel, unckeee booking instructions, just a truly disappointing experience. The holiday inn has better service. They answer their phones at least!
Do not book here. My husband and son arrived at 7PM to check in, as the online website states check in is 3-10pm. I also had spoken to a staff member (after leaving numerous voicemails) to confirm that check in was 3-10pm. My husband and son were not able to enter the house as it was completely locked. My husband called multiple times. I called multiple times. No answer. We also left voicemails confused as to why we could not gain entry. Very disappointing. My family has tried calling and calling and calling and calling and they won’t answer.
Booked a room. Check in said 3-10pm. Doors were locked and no one was answering the phone at 7pm. Now they are fighting my credit card charge back. Thanks for nothing! Edit: No thanks Willoughby, I called you multiple times and left multiple voicemails. I read YOUR website for check-in instructions. The arrogance isn’t surprising. It’ll be fun to check back in a couple months/years when this place has gone belly up.
