Easy access! Nice small office. Friendly staff. When my hearing aids needed repair they got me in quickly. My only suggestion is having reminders go out earlier. If reminder arrives on Friday night and Sunday, I can’t call to reschedule, I can only leave a message. Thanks for your help….See you in 2023.

There is lots of follow through. I get my hearing checked at least a couple times a year and every three months ears checked for wax as well as the hearing aides are cleaned and checked.

I just had my 3 month check and, as usual, Rachel Sours displayed her knowledge and professionalism in examining my ears, analyzing my concerns about my hearing and adjusting my hearing aids to remedy my problems. It is a pleasure to work with her and her staff!
My experience with Willoughby was very pleasant. The audiologist, Rachel, is very pleasant and experienced with the latest technology in Hearing Aides. I liked her immediately. She made me feel very comfortable explaining everything in detail about my new Hearing Aide. Willoughby has the latest In technology. Very impressive. I would recommend Willoughby Hearing with 5 stars.
Great service in house and on line. No pressure at all in selling. I felt Rachelle was interested in helping me hear better, not selling her product. I ask for help in improving my hearing with new or better hearing aids, she provided that after checking my hearing, I was pleased with her help
