Double the price of everywhere else. Outrageous.
My dog got really sick out of no where. Vomiting and diarrhea. Really sick acting. Couldn't even drink water properly. I called at noon and they took him in within 15 minutes. He got the best care possible right away. X-rays, bloodwork, medication, and was taken care of immediately. The doctor here provides extremely detailed notes and sends digital copies quickly. Our experience with the team here has been phenomenal, especially with guiding us in how to care for our first puppy. They are so knowledgeable, kind and all of them obviously love their job so much. We feel in great hands and are so glad we found WAH for our sweet boy.
We absolutely LOVE Willoughby Animal Hospital. All staff is amazing and very human. I appreciate that the staff isn’t overbearing, everybody is very patient and kind. They were able to see my cat on VERY short notice when he wasn’t feeling well, we had a full treatment plan for him in less than 2 hours from when we noticed he was ill. As a Realtor in Langley, I have so many people looking for a vet when they move here with their dogs/cats. Every time I recommend WAH!! Thank you for taking care of Binoo & Wally!
