When paying for the top level wash, they are supposed to spray the back of the car. They do it randomly, and it seems to be based on who is working at the time. Either offer it as part of the top level wash, or not…no consistency.
I decided to try this place today because I was in the area. This will be the first and last time that I will get my car washed here. The brushes pushed both of my mirrors back and they could've broken off! I got the the $15 wash and it looked like my car barely got cleaned afterwards. Hard pass
I never had a issue with a car wash in my lifetime
The car wash ripped my driver side mirror off of my vehicle and the attendants told me they dont cover mirrors in their policy. I do not recommend going to this car wash because if something breaks they expect you to replace it.
