The worst. Wait forever for maintenance. Rude, ignorant staff at Avia Paseo office. They made a mistake on my auto pay rent and withdrew too little and posted an eviction notice on my door 3 weeks later for the neighbors to see. Went to the office and the ignorant fool I spoke with laughed at me and said they don't do auto pay. I have had my rent paid by automatic withdrawal for 2 years.
