I lived in Willits Seven North 1 Bedroom Apt for three years. The apartment is located perfectly in Willits, allowing quick access to many restaurants and two grocery stores. The apartment is one of a select few that have a fully enclosed garage in the basement. The management group for the apartment is constantly making improvements to the building. Just moved in! Love it. Neighbors are nice. Great location!
Location is prime, and the property management is great! This place provides safety for all tenants, high quality service and good maintenance of the all apartments. We've lived here for a few years now, and we've barely had any issues within the apartment. For any of the minor incidents we've had, the service has been great and the communication is also very transparent.
I think is the most place to live in this valley
Well beggars can’t be choosers… but if you have the choice… don’t move here.. it took 2.5 months to receive my deposit back after move out. I wouldn’t get any responses from them for like a week or longer. When I moved in my shower didn’t work. There is little to 0 sound proofing you can hear neighbors sides and above you. Cheaply constructed. Considering it’s over 1900 a month for a one bedroom the units should be updated with modern appliances counter tops and cabinets but it’s all pretty budget/cheap… skip it try to find ... read more
