The owner Doug and his staff are wonderful people!
They're very understanding and they do help out a lot they're good people the office staff is very helpful everybody's friendly
Left my apartment better then I found it there was the stove maybe couple surface counters to wipe down left them a 1000$ fridge they said I would most likely get my deposit back because of it then took off an extreme amount they haven’t called me back to return some of my deposit unprofessional cleaning shouldn’t have took them more then 3 hours I have pictures and video of how I left it cleaner then when I moved in
young girl answering the phone is disgustingly rude. I asked why I haven't been called back about the numerous issues I had been calling about for years and she threw a tantrum. Horrible customer service.
