Bought a 2015 ford from Williston auto, barely lasted 5 months before needing a new engine. Never going back.
The service was fine and the wait time was as expected. The bill was crazy expensive for the minor amount of work done..
First when I bought the vehicle it had not been detailed so they had me set up a time to bring it back to be detailed. I brought it back and they said they couldn't get to it that day cause they were detailing their inventory. So I rescheduled and when dropping it off for the second time to be detailed they had no idea about it coming in that day but they did get it in. 3 strikes in one visit... 1) I scheduled an appointment nearly a month in advance, but when I got there, nobody had any idea who I was or what I was there for. 2) The receptionist (older lady with short grey hair / the same person I scheduled my appointment with over the phone 3½+ weeks earlier) was the rudest, most condescending & confrontational person I think I've ever encountered.
