Ordered peonies through BloomNation for my wife’s birthday and paid extra for delivery before 9:00 AM. Roslyn Florist called from an unknown number late at night but never emailed, so the order was not canceled. At 10:00 AM I was told the peonies were unusable. They promised an arrangement of equal quality, promised to send a photo first, and promised delivery before 11:00. No photo was sent, and the flowers finally showed up after 11:30.
