Was my first apartment in Williston. From when I first moved in to when I moved out was a complete 180 in the people living there. Lots of very nice families living in there now. The maintenance was also awesome, anytime I needed something they would be there. Can’t complain.
Terrible. Did not expect to get deposit back. It’s just that kind of place. But to get charged for new locks because they’re maintenance lost the master key, AND MY spare key that I gave to the head of maintenance. All this after taking a month to get someone to come fix the shower. Poorly managed and poorly maintained. Avoid if at all possible.
