Cheri is an amazing landlord! She’s always so helpful and understands that life happens and some situations you can’t control! Her communication is very good and maintenance always goes above and beyond it’s like having a 2nd family around! Thank you Cheri and Maintenance men for going above and beyond for your residents 😊😊
Was my first apartment in Williston. From when I first moved in to when I moved out was a complete 180 in the people living there. Lots of very nice families living in there now. The maintenance was also awesome, anytime I needed something they would be there. Can’t complain.
Terrible. Did not expect to get deposit back. It’s just that kind of place. But to get charged for new locks because they’re maintenance lost the master key, AND MY spare key that I gave to the head of maintenance. All this after taking a month to get someone to come fix the shower. Poorly managed and poorly maintained. Avoid if at all possible.
Update: Praise the Lord the honest people on this Earth 🌍 still exist. So one of them is Jose, He found my range hood and gave it to me back. Also he checked my issues with AC and promised to fix it asap. Guys if you want to stay here my advice stay away, especially because of the mail thefts, your packages disappear during couple of minutes after delivery….. When I was moving in here I asked Maria about that and she said “No, it will never happen”… so I ordered three orders and I got 0 of them, lost 200$.… And about the ap... read more
