Just like a lot of reviews say about this place, the receptionist is rude and snappy she must hate her job with a passion!
RecommendedI had the best experience with these people. Everyone including the doctor was very nice and helpful. I have a fear of doctors and the doctor was very calm and answered all my questions. I haven’t had glasses in years. The ladies were patient and very nice with adjusting my glasses. I went in 3 times to get my glasses adjusted.
I have a very difficult prescription and I was very nervous about going to a new eye doctor. Dr. Anderson at Williston Basin Eyecare absolutely exceeded my expectations. She is increadibly thorough and probably one of the nicest people I have met. I highly recommend her.
Not very impressed with Lori... Very rude will not be going back..
We moved to AZ and had to find a new optometrist. So far, the medical and eye care have been disappointing. We saw Dr Fearing for 30? years and he and Williston Basin are top notch! The eye doctor we saw today made us feel like we were going back 40 years for eye care compared to Williston Basin! We really miss the care we received previously! Our daughter got her first pair of glasses from Mitch in the 2nd grade and she is 38, so... a very long time he was our eye doctor and he is fantastic! We miss you!
