Receptionist was very rude. Refused to check me in after multiple attempts. I stopped by her desk twice to check in. She kept calling back other customers that she already checked in. And then told me there's going to be a long wait when there's just two people and I checked in online and made my own appointment. Doctors are the best in town but not when staff is blocking access. I will be going to another doctor office unfortunately to avoid any conflict.
The team at Willis Urgent Care was amazing when we recently went in. I took my 2 yr old daughter there and the nurses and Dr were very understanding and took their time to get her to warm up before doing any exam or test. I also went back for myself a few days later (assuming I had caught what my daughter had) and they were able to diagnose me and get me some meds to help clear up any infections. 5/5 would highly recommend and will be going back in the future.
She was very nice and kind loved her energy
Everyone was pleasant and professional. They are very experienced and I trust them
