Staff was wonderful and kind. The doctor was thorough and able to help me determine what was wrong. I have always had a great experience anytime I or one of my family members have had to visit.
I don't got to see doctors because they are all so cold and mechanical. This experience was different. I felt like they cared, from the moment I walked in until I walked out. I felt like they actually cared about me and my situation. That's very rare. I hope I don't have to be seen often but if I do I will return here.
Very courteous staff and liked the woman Dr today I am in Willis visiting and this is the second or third time I've been to this immediate care Always have been well treated medically.
Wonderful staff. My preferred urgent care in the area. Always so polite, fast, and professional. I cannot recommend them enough and I wish I could give them more stars.
