I have gone there for years, but things have changed now. I waited a week to get very bad service. I will not be back.
I have been doing business with Willis Turf since they opened. At the time I was using Grasshopper mowers, even though he didn't sell them he worked on mine when ever I had trouble and I didn't have to wait for weeks. I have since bought 2 bobcat mowers , 2 ybravo commercial push mowers and numerous blowers, weed eaters. He services what he sells and will help you pick the right equipment for commercial or homeowner use without pressure. I never go anywhere else.
Very helpful, extremely friendly! Had the part that I couldn't find anywhere else in town. I always go back for all my parts needs.
Have used Willis Turf for all my needs so far. The business doesn't make you any promises that they cant keep. This is a very busy company so patience is needed as they work through all there customers. Rates are competitive. Owner is very knowledgeable. Great selection of commercial mowers in different configurations to fit your needs.
This is the worst experience I have ever had. They lost my paperwork, kept my mower for 2 months, the guy was rude to me & told me it was all my fault. They called me & told me my mower was ready & when i went to pick it up they broke it, when i went to pick it up the 2nd time they had broke it again. They stated they would order the part. Needless to say i left with my broke mower after already paying the bill!! They were supposed to call me with a quote. For what I paid to repair my mower i could have bought a new one.
The service is outstanding and they give you all the options you have available. I have purchased zero-turn mowers, blowers and trimmers. They are the best service and equipment dealer in the Conway area. I highly recommend this company!
