Great company. We had a small roof leak and called Willis. They sent someone the next day. He inspected the entire roof, found the problem and put a temporary patch on. There were numerous other problems with flashing and vents. He took photos of everything and provided a detailed estimate. It took 1-2 weeks to get the materials and there were weather delays. Willis roofing was delightful to work with. They replaced our old roof with a fortified roof and made the process completely painless. From the owner explaining the process and answering all of my questions, Amy holding our hand through the process, the installation and post install inspection everything went very smoothly. Very happy with the responsiveness and professionalism of the whole team. They did not try to upsell us on a new roof, just honestly inspected things that needed addressing. They were timely and delivered a detailed report after repairs were completed. Will be recommending their services in the future.
