I pulled up to the office and before I even opened the door to my F150 Jacob was at my truck with a huge friendly smile on his face asking what he can do for me, I needed two 30 lb bottles filled so he grabbed them both and hopped right on it. A few minutes later he put them back into my truck and asked if I could follow him into the office to pay.
