So I use to deal with jim skiles he retired so he told me to contact office and I did no body ever called me back so I secured ins elsewhere now I'm trying to cancel my term that is about to expire and I called Cincinnati ins and was told to go to agent and sign forms so I'm here sitting in a kitchen like I have the plague with a dog sniffing on me this company is pitiful and very un professional or maybe they r really good at taking my money but not so good at letting you move on I would not reccomend this company to anyone... read more
