Hope this reviews finds you everyone well. I am reviewing to extend my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care I received at your Emergency Department during a recent visit. While on a road trip through Shreveport, I experienced a sudden onset of pain due to a pinched nerve in my neck and shoulder, along with symptoms that led me to fear a heart attack. GO TO HIGHLAND OR CHRITUS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! If I could give this place negative stars I would. Worst medical care my spouse and I have ever received. The lead ER Doctor is heartless and extremely rude to everyone, including the staff. I even asked a nurse, “is he always that rude?” And answered with a resounding “YES” and other medical staff have confirmed that he is extremely unprofessional and his bedside manner is TRASH. Excellent experience and professional staff.
4th floor nursing station are very disrespectful. Came in with pneumonia in lungs and blood. I'm ill. But they cut up and yak like a dang family reunion. Have a little respect please. Keep noise down so the people who are sick can rest. Please
They will see other people before while you still waiting to be called to da back. So they not getting 5 stars from me. They’re very slow
