Hope this reviews finds you everyone well. I am reviewing to extend my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care I received at your Emergency Department during a recent visit. While on a road trip through Shreveport, I experienced a sudden onset of pain due to a pinched nerve in my neck and shoulder, along with symptoms that led me to fear a heart attack. GO TO HIGHLAND OR CHRITUS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! If I could give this place negative stars I would. Worst medical care my spouse and I have ever received. The lead ER Doctor is heartless and extremely rude to everyone, including the staff. I even asked a nurse, “is he always that rude?” And answered with a resounding “YES” and other medical staff have confirmed that he is extremely unprofessional and his bedside manner is TRASH.
