I am writing to express my concerns regarding the treatment my 21-month-old daughter, Niyah, and I received during our visit to the emergency room WKH Bossier on the night of July 20, 2026, into the early morning hours of July 21, 2026. I am in the emergency room right now. It's not been that long. I been here about 2 hours because there aren't many people here, for once. But everyone that I have had contact with from the triage, to the receptionist, to the nurse and the er doctor have been so rude. I am a happy go lucky person. For this to be the most expensive hotel on the planet; it sure doesnt measure up. Pillows feel like they're stuffed with tissue, the beeping on the monitor wouldn't stop sounding every 15 secs, neither "call nurse" button works, both nurse stations are a complete ghost town and every single question Ive asked asked always has the same answer, "I dont know" from the full staff.
