For this time be the most expensive hotel on the planet; it sure doesnt measure up. Pillows feel like they're stuffed with tissue, the beeping on the monitor wouldn't stop sounding every 15 secs, neither "call nurse" button works, both nurse stations are a complete ghost town and every single question Ive asked asked always has the same answer, "I dont know" from the full staff. Terrible service nothing gets done
I love Willis Knighton Bossier. I had to go to the ER today to be seen. I did sit and wait awhile, but I was okay with that. I try to understand that just because there is no one sitting in there with me does not mean they are not seeing patients. However, they were all so very very kind and courteous to me. I have really bad medical anxiety and they were very considerate of that. I just love this hospital.
I absolutely love this hospital they are so nice and caring some are I remember each and every one who was nice and who was not so nice overall it's a good place
I was in for seizure this past Friday and when I say the staff was the best I stand on that
