I was a little hesitant to come into the office because I am younger than most people who have hearing issues. However, I made it to the office and was greeted by Jessie. He kept me at ease and talked to me without sounding condescending. Then when I saw Dr. Knackstedt, he was a breath of fresh air! Great attitude, great office!
