We discovered this amazing clinic after bad service at a different animal emergency center. Let me tell you, they went above and beyond to care for our fur baby. It is hard to find service the way they provided. Not only did they ease our fears and kept us calm, they took great care of our baby. I almost thought our fur baby belonged to them. I have used this clinic before and they have been great, but I will now be hesitant to take any of my animals here. I called this morning (7/26 at 3am) to see if the vet was available. They told me the last time we were there to call and make sure they aren't tied up in surgery before you drive out here. The guy that answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude and had an attitude that I even called. It seemed that I bothered him with my call. Dr. Ferreira-Nichols saved my 8 year old Shihtzu, Ruby. I was staying at my parents house in Huntsville and my dog hadn’t eaten in a couple of days and her stomach was bloated and hard. Saturday evening we took her here because we were so worried. After doing x rays and bloodwork we were told she had an infected uterus and that it could rupture and my dog could die. I just want to say my 1st experience was excellent went for a 2nd time the service was horrible got checked in never spoke to or seen anyone after that you could hear the help in back laughing and talking as us customers were waiting in front room besides hearing my fur baby barking and hollering they just put him somewhere and left him after 2 hours we ask for our dog the one worker coming out of the bathroom got a attitude!!! I do NOT recommend this place! We took our dog there who was vomiting blood and blowing out bloody diarrhea, possible rat poison exposure and they took her to the back for the exam and never came back out to talk to us. After 2 hours they then went on to talk to the people who arrived after us. When we asked about our dog they said she was stable and not as important as the others who came in so they'd see her when those left.
