We certainly came to Willis because of all the great reviews that are listed. However during our building process, Willis no longer was a custom builder in my opinion, he became a volume builder, clearly placing profuts over people and quality. The defects are so bad that the home became uninhabitable. Just some of the problems: Massive and multiple areas of water intrusion. I did a tour in a couple of the Willis homes, and the attention to detail was jaw dropping. The structure and design was very modern. Betsy, the designer, is exquisite yet functional. She ahead of the trend for this area. I am looking forward to building with this company.
