Our registration expired today, and Chris Willis never reached out as promised to confirm our address or send our license plate. I recently purchased a RV trailer from Willis & Company and it was a pleasant experience. Chris was helping with the financing and Parker explained features and maintenance procedures. After a few weeks of using my RV the air conditioner malfunctioned. Chris promptly sent out a technician. The AC unit needed to be replaced. Chris handled getting approval from my extended warranty for a new unit. Now I have a new air conditioner. Chris and his team take good care of there customers in a professional manner.
We recently purchased our RV from Chris and Emily. The whole process from the first time we met with Parker to look at the RV til the day we closed was the absolute smoothest process ever! They were very welcoming and genuine and their customer service is next level. No hard sales tactics used which sets them apart from almost every other dealership we have visited.
