The salesman helped me find the car I wanted the other dealers I visited only wanted to convince me to buy what was on their lot even though it wasn’t what I wanted

I bought my 2026 Equinox from a different Chevy dealer in the area. When I began having problems with the car, the other dealership wasn’t helpful and all but wrote me off. As a last ditch effort, I brought it to Willis who was absolutely AMAZING. Adam and Darcy both maintained consistent communication with me from the beginning, and searched for a solution when the other dealership had given up. Came for an oil change. Pulled right into the service area and they got me checked in right away and I waited in the show room. Its a comfortable room with a tv and they have a little fridge with drinks and they have coffee and magazines. Took them about an hour to complete the oil change. They did not come out and tell me everything that was wrong with the vehicle and try to up-sale anything which i loved!
