Positive experience overall quick maintenance response under normal conditions, very happy with my two bedroom with view of Pattee Park. Security simple and effective. very fair resolution most issues of the tenents, i got a smart thermostat install for example which I am thrilled about. Thank you Tim and Dan ,Lisa,Allyson and Carry for all your hard work
Manager is incompetent and good luck getting in contact with someone at corporate. Stay away from this property at all costs.
Haven't lived here but a family member has. They are nice apartments. The apartment the family members was in was two bedrooms two bathrooms first floor. The issues I have is there not allowed to have there kids bicycles out front on there little concrete porch couldn't have there barbecue grill out there. It's supposed to be for low income people which most have kids but no kind of playground. Granted the city park is right across the street. Brenda is one of the kindest managers I have ever encountered with. I felt like she genuinely cared about my situation and what I’m going through. Even though i I did not meet the income guidelines I will still be sure to recommend this place.
